Welcome to Julie's Country Meats. Our Premium Angus Cattle are born and raised here on our small family ranch in North Carolina. We do not use growth hormones or antibiotics. Any animal that may become ill and require antibiotics is removed from the herd, nursed back to health, and then sold to commercial processors. Our beef and pork are processed at a local USDA inspected and Animal Welfare Institute approved processing facility. The beef is dry aged for a minimum of 14 days to further enhance taste and tenderness then cut and vacuum packed to your individual order. The meat is then shipped directly to you in a re-usable insulated cooler specifically designed for shipping fresh beef. The only way to get fresher beef is to raise it yourself!! |
